Show me a screenshot of the Task Manager's "Performance" tab please.
As well as Device Manager with the "Processors" tab open.

Start -> MSConfig > Boot tab > Advanced options > "Number of Processors" setting.

Show me a screenshot of this please.

You should have 8 threads with your current CPU.

While World of Warcraft is running, enter Task Manager, go the to Processes tab and find wow.exe or wow64.exe. Right-Click -> Set Affinity -> Make sure all boxes are checked. Click OK

This will do absolutely nothing since Windows is only seeing a single CPU thread.

If i´m not mistaken, the i7-3770 is supposed to have 4 physical + 4 virtual cores.

Wel'l.. that's unfortunate ... try booting into safe mode, before you get the windows loading screen press and hold F8.
Then select Safe Mode with Networking.

Then go into device manager and delete all the processors (right click -> uninstall) and afterwards reboot.

    This should force a re-detect.

    Edit:
    Forgot to add reboot bit.

Then your Windows installation has issues beyond just a wrong counter of logical cores.

Have you lately noticed your computer doing odd things like making a lot more noise etc?
Because you may have been infected with malware/virus/rootkit.

Or you have actual hardware issues.

Try downloading the latest BIOS for your mobo, upgrade via the BIOS and then go and choose "Load optimal settings" .. then press F10 (generally) and it'll ask to save and reboot.

See if that allows you to boot into windows.
