First Time Building a Gaming PC, help will be appreciated.

    Hi everyone,

I'm from Turkey and I'm trying to build a gaming case from scratch. I have an ASUS VN247H monitor. 1080p, 60fps at Ultra setttings is my goal. I'm not sure this is possible with this monitor as I'm not an expert so I might be okay with buying a new monitor in December. I don't want to be forced to upgrade this PC for at least 2-3 years. I am sure that I want GTX 970, i5-6600k, 16GB Ram, 1 TB Harddrive, 250 or 256 GB SSD. The rest, I'm looking forward to input from you guys.

As far as I can see there are 2 credible places in the city I am in that I can personally go and purchase the hardware, these are:

    1-) Vatan Bilgisayar
    2-) Nova Bilgisayar
Note: I'm not allowed to post links since I'm new, but googling "Vatan Bilgisayar" and "Nova Bilgisayar pc topla" should direct you to appropriate place.

From Vatan I'm able to build this rig for 5212,77 TL, which is approximately 1767 USD. The advantage at Vatan is that I can make the payment in 9 installments. Therefore 197 USD every month for 9 months.

Case: Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 ATX Cube
    CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K Socket 1151 3.5GHz 6MB 14nm
CPU Cooler: COOL MASTER HYPER 212EVO 775/1155/56/1366/2011&AM2+AM3/AM3+/FM1
    Motherboard: ASUS Z170-A Intel Z170 Socket 1151 DDR4 3400MHz(O.C.) USB3.1
    RAM: GSKILL 16GB (2x8GB) RipjawsV Red DDR4 2400MHz CL15 1.2V Dual Kit Ram
    GPU: Asus GTX970 ROG STRIX GDDR5 4GB 256Bit DX12 Nvidia GeForce
    Storage: WD 3.5" 1TB Caviar Blue SATA 3.0 7200Rpm 64MB Cache
    SSD: Samsung 250GB 850 EVO SATA 3.0 (Read 540MB / Write 520MB)
PSU: Thermaltake Smartpower 80+ Bronze 650W
Optical Drive: Asus Drw-24F1ST 24X Double Layer Sata Dvd Writer

From Nova I'm able to build the same rig with the following differences for 4998,95 TL, which is approximately 1695 USD.

CPU Cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 412S
    PSU: EVGA B Series 600W 80+ Bronze PSU(100-B1-0600-KR)

    Thanks in advance!
