Mind reading. Too many interesting applications, gonna invest in thumbprint scanners in advance though.
How about absolute honesty?
It would be rocky to start, but over time peoples behavior and life would change to accommodate the fact that they can tell no lies.
Flash like speed. Can you imagine a 6'7 300lb flash!?!
Not being able to tell white lies would be a disaster. A huge part of civilized interaction is not being totally honest with people.
Now if we amend your statement to be more in line with the eighth commandment, then I agree things would be a lot better. If courts could be assured that people were telling the truth once they were sworn in, that would significantly improve society.
Light of speed i would love.
Just like Kizaru

Or the power to turn anyone into chocolate.
Energy generation. Everyone could be their own battery. No need for fossil fuels when you can be your own car's power source. Want exo-frames to help you with construction activities? No problem because you don't need to have a power cord or batteries or an on board generator. Cell phone need a recharge? Just hold it for a little while. Same with laptops.
'Twas a cutlass swipe or an ounce of lead
Or a yawing hole in a battered head
And the scuppers clogged with rotting red
And there they lay I damn me eyes
All lookouts clapped on Paradise
All souls bound just contrarywise, yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!
To cure illness and injury with a touch of the hand.
