PL Looting Issues

Has anyone experienced PL looting issues recently? I had 2 instances last week where I killed a boss in HFC Heroic on PL, but was unable to loot the corpse for gold or gear. When I submitted tickets, they said that was natural. I've literally never had a PL boss not at least give me gold. Mind you, I use Loot-a-rang for everything, so when there's no corpse to loot, it gives me an error message. Is it just me?
