I have no idea about the mechanical keyboard and you could also upgrade the graphics card for a 980Ti/FuryX since it's within your budget.
    Or get a decent monitor.

The above setup Arturius is good you could even get the 250gb ssd. I tried to push it a bit for 1440p (figured since you said you could go to max 2k), its up to you the extra ~200euro. Now i tried to find a decent qwerty mech keyboard with brown switches and proved to be a pain in the ass. Most are far more expensive than you would get a qwertz in Germany. In the link i got below it says, i think, that you can ask them to send you the qwerty version instead of qwertz one. Half amazon keyboards say qwertz and show qwerty in pictures so i don't know what to make out of it, so you must give them a call/e-mail something to be sure.

No reason to buy the 4790K anymore. Skylake is out with the 6600K. The 980 is also a terrible performance/price card. The 390X is cheaper and better.
If you want a CPU better than the 6600K then go with the 5820K.

LGA 2011-v3 will also support next gen of enthusiast cpus so it's also a safe upgrade route =)

About the Logitech G710+, this is the one i first looked at cause it was at a good price. As i mentioned before, its showing QWERTY at pictures but say QWERTZ on title. So you really need to give them a call. Cause many times the pictures are not the actual version of the product. Otherwise its a fine keyboard, i am typing on it atm.

As for the build the i7 is better but you don't need it to game neither to write code. Besides why go a cpu gen back and you will get stuck to ddr3 that its life ended. Ddr4 onwards. The only reason i would look at a ddr3 rig would be at a very low budget that you couldn't get anything else. Artorius does raise a good point, given the budget, if you wanted something significantly better cpu wise, the 5820k would then be only 50euro above the 4790k. Again, if you needed more multi-core power.

Do go crazy, even if you spend 10k euro now, in 4-5years it will still be old, thats the way it is. What you can get with your budget, is a fine build to last you as much.

Ok, thank you guys for advices. Yes I know that PC after few years is old... sometimes its not even few years thats why the bugdet is only up to 2k. Wont spend more.
About keyboard, I am looking for dicount on amazon, its not that neccessary to get the keyboard immediately, thats why I ask here about that.

Water cooling (AIO kits more specifically) gives you a lot of potential problems (like leaking and maintenance) while not giving you that much of a performance increase over the good air coolers. And they also do more noise.
