    They are but they sold their vote because of his promise, for their immediate personal gain at the expense of the rest of the population. Govt. doesn't have "free money" they collect it from people and businesses. So when public sector get's a raise someone is paying more tax or the state is borrowing money aka. letting the next generation pay the tab.

    Apparently these will be permanent immigrants, so calling it a refugee plan is misleading.
