This is the issue, because their procedure is to bully people that means it's okay, it's the rules of engagement for officers of the law, therefore inherently right. He shouldn't have been harassed the way he was, he should not have wrestled for the tazer, but that's a secondary issue, apparently. This whole article could be "biased liberal bullshit"...,I guess.

If the police just wanted me to come along quietly and had a warrant, I would do so. If they were attacking me, I'd attempt to defend myself as well.

The police were in his house, without a warrant.

There is no world in which this is anything other than murder. He is allowed to protect himself inside his own home against an assailant, which is what a police officer is without a warrant.

Could be. I also don't understand why a lot think cops are just being attacked by untrained, unequipped, uneducated, people. Cops are fucking scary, even more so if you are a minority. I do know this guy was white, but the first part still applies, and a lot of what's in the news is pertaining to minorities.

Yea, inside my home, you attack me, regardless of who you are, cop or otherwise, I will defend myself using any mean at my disposal... including deadly force. This cop should be put in jail and the key thrown away.
