Well stuff will die faster the better geared your raiding team is so it'll lose it's value more and more

Out of all the forums and profiles I checked last few days, not one mention of the classes trinket or people had it equipped. I'd say probably not..

No it isnt, higher ilvl will just result in lower NP uptime and on top of that the normal diseases got 10% buff as well.
