Primal Vitality + Incarnation = o_0?

Primal Vitality is a PvP Talent that makes your next Healing Touch after you go into Prowl instant. And Incarnation: King of the Jungle lets you go into Prowl while in Combat for 30 seconds...

So does this mean that you can just Prowl, HT, Cat Form, Prowl, HT, etc. spam until you're fully healed all during that 30 seconds? o_0

Or will there likely be a Global Cooldown?

That's probably the only thing that'd make me choose Incarnation over Bloody Slash as it stands so far..

Doesn't Prowl itself have a 10sec CD once it breaks? So you could use it at most 3 times anyway assuming you waste all the possible openers you could do with it?

Yeah, you wouldn't be able to use openers, it'd be more of an uber-oh-shit tactic more than anything.
