He seems to be guarding some random prisoners, is it supposed to be trash? Why can't we kill it? Why does he just stay there starting at us without doing anything?

I also wondered what's up with that trash group and why we can't access this area. Doubt it's Durumu himself/itself. Just the model.

Maybe Broggok, the second boss in Blood Furnace? Looks different, but could just be an updated model.
