PoF and Comet Storm interaction

Since comet storm procs the PoF effect each time, is it better to run PoF and Comet or stick with TV and a different trinket?

The chances that CS and PoF are up at the same time is pretty much never.
You can't hold CS forever for it to proc otherwise you're just losing DPS

^ This - Don't hold CS, just use it normally, and occasionally you hit the rng jackpot of getting it off while the PoF debuff is up (even better when there are a ton of adds in range to be splashed as well) - or just use TV when appropriate.

@Topic: If you are farming the raid and try to get better logs you COULD! (big could because the chance is low) get better results with CS+PoF if your RNG-altar is set up right. For progress or normal raiding this is nothing achievable.

The things is that T18 greatly favor Thermal Void.
But blizzard introduce RRP specifically for reducing *alignment* of powerful spell with powerful trinket. I found it a little sad as it was an interesting part of the game.
