Looking for a small case to allow me to travel with my desktop

So far I've come up with with the following case:

Supposedly it can fit my Geforce gtx 670 video card. I'm just not sure what kind of mother board I'd need in order to make it compatible with my Intel i5 2500k processor (LGA 1155 I believe). DDR3 memory support would also be needed.

Anyone know if such mini ITX or mini DTX motherboards exist?

One more question:

How can you determine if the motherboard allows for overclocking? is it based on the chipset? I ffound the following motherboard which is a lot cheaper when compared to the motherboards listed on PCpartpicker for some reason:

Only Z-chipset motherboards allow for overclocking (also the P67 chipset on LGA 1155)
