Nah not really. You are inside so you feel it that way, but from outside it is obvious that you have a bit more freedom of choice than most countries in the EU. You are pretty much like Switzerland, but instead of banking it is oil what gives you that power..

Besides, it is impossible to be a strong country and not be aligned with either side, so be happy to be by the winners side

Oil is going down, my salaray has shrinked 30% cause of it, and we are nothing like Switzerland sadly. You guys get to vote on stuff after election, important topics, we have a bunch of greedy politicians who likes to lick americas balls then get promoted to some bullshit NATO job. We need to be hit hard, really hard, we need to be poor again, cause you get the government you deserve.
