A Human becoming Warchief of the Horde?

Would it be possible (lore wise) for a prominent human defect to the horde and make his way up in the ranks of leadership and eventually become the Warchief of the Horde?

Would you be okay with seeing a human as the Horde warchief? Of course he would be as blood thirsty and savage as the horde is in general, and maybe take on some traits of the horde.

Yeah like maybe the king of stormwind (Varian Wrynn) defects to the horde and becomes their leader. I know in Legion he has a different fate, but maybe Ghen Greymane, or some other prominent figure.

I would be interested in having a human slowly go higher up in the ranks of the horde. Not an already named character tho, and no need to go all the way to warchief, I would see a defector in a role similar to Nazgrim's

The defector would be killed before even entering Orgrimmar, considering how orcs treat deserters, traitors and how important to them the code of honor is. I wouldn't even consider it possible for a human to join the Horde.
