    I only have 100-130$. Could you recommend me what to buy?

    You can easily get a good quality TN monitor @ 1080p for that price. Definitely too low for 1440p or IPS monitors. There are a ton of Asus/Acer monitors in that price range. I prefer Dell monitors though there are generally slightly more expensive.

    Asus VS247H is a good choice and within your budget.
