Need help with what sounds like an error sound on windows startup...

So yea, when I boot, and windows starts up, about 5-10 seconds later I get this sort of error sound. I'm not sure if it's a beep error, but it sounds similar to when windows would shutdown with programs still running. I checked my memory and everything seems to be fine. To further describe the sound. It 3 tones, and they get lower in tone each time. 3 of them.

I see this doing some googling, but as I monitor my memory it seems fine, and I'm not sure the three beeps are the same that would define that problem.

ok, after watching some videos it's definitely not the memory error.
