Has anyone compared this trinket with vial+edc for unholy/Pebble+edh for frost on the demon bosses? Is it worth equipping it?

Check the forums there are multiple topics about this. It's situational since there are not many Demons and depending on your spec and other gear it could be useful in a few fight but in no way a game changer

I believe the top unholy Death Knight parse for Archimonde Mythic uses that trinket, so it can be good to put it simple. Originally Posted by hexify
