Help preparing myself for raiding

So kinda new to doing raid as a warlock and yet my guild planning to do Upper Hellfire and is there any tips as an Affli Warlock (i do not want to switch spec for certians fights) http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...akomagi/simple

Iskar: Full DPS on the prio Adds, because your bomb DPS is low and with other Classes like Destro WL, Ele/Enhancer Shaman or Fire Mage your should have enough DPS for the trash Adds.

Socretar: Focus the Boss and the Caster Adds, ignore the Souls.

Velhari: Focus the Boss and/or the Adds, depends on your raid tactic

Zakuun: Affli fight because you have only 1 target

Xhul Horac: Focus the Boss and the 2 big Adds, killing Shadows and Imps is really hard

Manno: Focus the Boss and the Infernals in P2-P3

Archi: Focus the Boss and Doomfire/Tankadd/Flame of Argus, Add and Star in the Nether
