thanks for understanding
currently, quite often. mostly when dealing with elite mobs, e.g. nagrand or at throne of kil'jaeden. you must know i'm just lfr geared and i'm prone to pulling more than i intend to.
depends on how many mobs are going to have an enrage timer.
as stated above, i'm not even utilizing that when in dungeons. i use it for difficult mobs in the current open world content.
the most important part about this is having somewhat of a challenge while collecting it, without it being mathematically impossible to kill these mobs.
you know the feeling when a new expansion releases and you're decked out with the previous' xpac's top end gear and then facing the mobs in the intro zones?
this is boring.
what i'm talking about is the challenge-level of the difficulty-jump before the item squish from "just finished leveling in wotlk and barely have gear" to "now i go questing in cata (hyjal) with my wotlk quest gear and get my face smashed unless i play perfectly or use cheeky mechanics".
or maybe you remember when in mop you could go to the timeless isle as lvl 90. as a hunter you could kill the medium sized turtles with this technique, while every other class would've been smashed because they only could take the damage.
i think i could live with having to go bm for that particular playstyle, it's just that it subjectively feels wrong knowing what could've been.
but the question remains how much slower it is going to be. so slow that you're more likely to make a mistake that kills you, or that someone from the opposing faction might interrupt you, or just a few seconds.
nevertheless, thanks for the feedback/input
