    Help with ping

Thats my ping over the last 24 hours.

-Virgin Media in the UK (Super Hub 2)
    -Tried Modem mode
    -Tried different computers/xbox
-Worst ping is during peak hours
    -Tried safe mode with networking
    -Tried full restart
    -Power levels are all ok
-Just got new router from Virgin media last night but it didn't fix the issue

    Help, I can't play games D:

Lol I find this funny. Virgin Media is the problem, not your equipment or anything else. That big spike says that Virgin Media has too many customers that it clearly can't handle and at around 8PM people are getting on their computers to either Netflix, porn, or play games. This is a backend problem, which means Virgin Mobile needs to upgrade their infrastructure.

Depending on what server you are pinging (ie, how far away) those results aren't really all the alarming. I wouldn't really worry about those.
Provided that your latency is relatively consistent (ie doesn't spike to 200 from 40 and back down again (jitter)) then you aren't likely to see any actual issues.
140ms is certainly not a number to be worried about provided that the destination server is not actually your own ISP.

Additionally, is this Virgin Media Cable? or Virgin Media ADSL/Fibre Broadband?
If cable, then it is well known that they have a very high contention ratio (ie, there are a large number of people using the same bandwidth with very few, if any QoS policies in place for users on the same stretch. - The upside, if there is no one else on your stretch using it, you can get ridiculously high speeds, the downside, if everyone is using it, its all shared with every user meaning some other users will suck up lots of bandwidth from you.
