I've been noticing a lot of people already have conquest weapons on their characters. How did they do this? I can't get enough points for that yet..

They have a higher rating which increased their cap for the week.

If I'm correct, upcoming Wednesday should be the point where everyone without increasing their cap should be able to buy them.
