New PC Build In Process

So I am building a new PC and I am not sure what Mobo and Ram I should get. I know for sure im getting 32gb ram and possible they will be from G.Skill. Now what Mobo is performing well for gaming? Do you guys have any Suggestions?

If you just want to game the i5 6600k is fine, games wont run much faster with the 6700k.
Mainboard depends on your needs, you want to overclock ? or you want SLI ?
So you dont want overclocking your CPU, most of the time a 80-100$ Mainboard is enough and when you want to overclock get a Z170 board with the features you really need.

If you want more (streaming etc.) go for the 5820K.

32GB is not needed, even today 8gb are more then enough.

Titan X is just a waste of money go for a 980TI or wait on the Fury X2 benchmarks/prices.
PSU is way to strong, you need that for 3SLI but not for a singel GPU PC.
Tower is fine

make sense. I am going to be OCing the cpu and I know its probably overkill still want to get a Titan X. I am not really a fan of SLI but I want to see what it feel like to have a 12 gb from the titan. Budget not an issue for this build just trying to figure out what Mobo is perfomig well now days. Now I will look into the Z170. thanks for the input.

12gb Ram wont do much even 8gb is most of the time useless.
