Need help to increase my DPS

Hello,

I need help increasing my DPS, I am running behind on DPS in both Destruction and Affliction. I would love some help from you guys.

I have been doing great back in MoP (all 3 specs) and Highmaul (Demo). But it seems that I just can't get the hang of it atm in affli and destruction

Really hope some of you can give me some tips and pointers of what I can do different to increase my DPS.
