Need help with new pc for a friend

Hello guys, i got a friend that is looking to buy a PC. I myself dont know that much about computers and i know you guys in here are awesome at helping with all kinds of pc stuff.

I am asking on behalf of my friend because he does not know this site, he has been playing console his whole life

He told me he is willing to dish out 1320$/1206euros for just the pc alone, any good recommendation for a monitor would be appreciated aswell.

He told me he wants a pc that can handle games such as:
    Star Wars Battlefront
    Battlefield 4
    The Witcher 3
    Just Cause 3

thanks for reading, and hopefully i might learn a new things aswell about pc's

There a reason for a single stick of RAM in that build Kosta?

    Alternative RAM (similar price):

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

    Memory: G.Skill NT Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory (€53.38 @ Mindfactory)
    Total: €53.38

Otherwise, the build looks good to me.

Edit: I may rescind this comment after I do a bit of research.

Edit 2: "Gamers, mainstream users, and office users shouldn't care." SOURCE

No reason for the 1ram stick instead of 2 really, as it doesn't matter on gaming only synthetic benchmarks. The G.skill picked has cas15 while the corsair has 14. So i went with the faster one. One more 8gb stick later whenever/if needed and done.
Also fits the red/black theme going on in there

The GSkill there is all black :P

But really, yeah, that's why I put up the edits. It seems that in video recording/rendering/editing is where there would be any difference, and the difference is low. (2-3%)

Dual channel is virtually irrelevant at DDR3/4 clocks. That's why some of us go with a single stick for 8gb, this way you can buy another one later if needed and have 16 with 2 sticks.
