Battle.net Ticket website delay?

Hello - Am I the only one who experiences EXTREME delay when I try to connect to the battle.net website ticket support. For example, after filing a ticket 'In-Game' then after resolving thy issue you get that toaster window saying, "A GM has offered you to fill out a survey" then it redirects you to a web page out side of thy game thus is where I experience what I would call 'webpage taking forever to 'hook' to web server' then it finally connects to thy part where I select thy survey.

I've gotten that delay for months now. Only in-game, however.

It may still be helpful to know your default browser, also... are you currently using any AddOns?
