I am fairly sure it ain't mail so you can't transmog it.. Unless you can cross transmog between armor types.

That's the Frostfire set, Mage tier 3. I think it's even the original Naxx set so you can't even get it outside the BMAH these days.

It's a recolour of T3 mage set, which isn't even available. It's too green to be the legit T3.

Actually only shoulders are from Mage T3, gloves, legs, belt and chest are from Netherwind Regalia missing recolor (the greenish one.) which is Mage T2.
