May I also ask how you guys treat mismanaged NP that falls off before UB is up?

Do you just plague strike once and let NP naturally stack, or is it a dps gain to spam PS until it is at 15 stacks?

Short answer: Don't let NP fall off like that.

Real answer: Not 100% certain, but I personally would just plague strike the one time and save the runes. Outbreak could help add a stack.

Make a weak aura showing the number of festering strikes you need to maintain NP through the cd duration of unholy blight and you will have no problem with it falling off prematurely. If you're too lazy to make one I'm sure you can find a premade one through google search.

No, not at all. Breath was much more than 10% ahead, and kill times getting shorter favor it even more.

I am stuck on which trinkets I should be using as NP. I only have...BoA trinket, heroic pebble with socket, normal EDH, skull of war maxed.
