Obama is not a king. He is in charge of 1/3 of the government. These congressmen are part of another 1/3 of that government. They have just as much right to communicate with other governments regarding policy as Obama does. Also, I read 5 different articles on this, only yahoo actually said it was republicans, and frankly yahoo is terrible at actually putting out factual information.
