Build my computer!! 1st time making my own.

Hi there, I have decided to make my own computer for the 1st time. As there are so many different parts/types I have no idea what can be mixed and matched. I have decided on a case and a cpu. I plan on reusing my HD, GPU, ram. I do not need keyboard/mouse or monitor. What parts will I still need? A Motherboard, Power Supply, CD/DVD/Blu-ray and a fan/liquid cooler? Not sure if there is anything else. I will list the case and gpu/cpu and ram below. My budget is around $1000-1500 USD. I live in Japan so shipping is a real problem. If any Japanese users know a good website to buy parts that would be really helpful as I don't think newegg ships here.

    EDIT

Updated with pc parts checker to look more nice

    http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dXcvP6

Still need a cooler, ram since I guess what I have wont work, dvd/Blu-ray? burner, power supply and is a sound card needed? If I don't have one does that mean my speakers or headphones wont work?

    Parts I have.
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1.0 GB

    HD Model# ST31500341AS

    Ram http://www.memorybenchmark.net/ram.p...CB8HB9N-DI+8GB
This was the best info I could find, guess this maker isn't very popular?? I just got this about 2 months ago so I would like to keep it.

Thank you all for helping this newbie out. I very much appreciate it.

If I am missing anything please let me know what other information you need.

While I will not provide you with build I can give you some of my thoughts:
    1. toss that hdd out/use it as media drive not as main one - seagates of this series sucks, and i really mean they are horrible, had 4 of these all are broken after little over year of usage
    2. That gpu asks for upgrade - unless you are just keeping it for time being with intention to replace with new gen. Otherwise it feels like a waste to build new system and keep such gpu.
    3. CPU with K at the end are unlocked. Meaning you can overclock it to achieve better performance. However! that requires more expensive mother board, good cooling and could be hassle for somebody inexperienced. Then again can't gain experience without doing it so...

Other than case, cpu, gpu and hdd you need: Motherboard, ram, good quality psu, decent cooler(air is easier and better unless you do custom loop), optical disk reader if you need one.

It's a little more expensive than your initial build, but IMO has so much more going for it. The GPU is arguably best-in-price for that cost post-rebate, you have an overclockable CPU. I'd suggest, distance-dependent, having a look at prices in Akihabara in Japan, and checking out shipping costs from there, as that woudl strongly influence what you could get for that price.
