Not sure if this counts because I didn't swallow but...I tasted a cockroach. I was over at my friend's apartment watching a movie, and it somehow, without my notice, fell on my plate while I was really drunk ( I have a feeling my friend put it there). Nastiest thing ever because I was eating not totally cooked pizza bagels that were pretty chewy. After I felt something weird in my mouth, I spit it out and it was twitching T.T

I generally don't eat nasty food but I've been known to occasionally sample stuff that is well past the expiration date, though I've had frog and gator which some people consider nasty/exotic.

Fat, gristle, tendons and assorted gooey random shit when you eat any chicken with bones. Sounds mundane, but this stuff makes me want to vomit.
