How to make Retribution Paladins viable in rated PvP (now and possibly in legion)

Those are just ideas how to make Ret viable Arena/RBGs, numbers were a bit high for a purpose: to make it easier visualize them, numbers can be balanced vs what other classes get, my point Ret's pvp tree need have 3 columns, 2 for arena (or 1 arena, 1 wpvp) and 1 for RBG focus as an example, this is what will make Rets finally viable in RBGs without buffing out DMG and making our burst even more broken.
Besides those were OP cuz they fits Blizzard's idea of Ret being support class: if blizzard wants us be this support class who can never top dmg meters, whose self heals+defense abilities are crap, then to make Rets viable as support class, we need abilities that are worth bringing us to RBG over DK, or Boomy or Lock.
However, if blizzard will follow up with their claim to make Ret in Legion a holly warrior similar like we were in Wrath, then ya we do not need OP support abilities since we will have high sustain dmg/good survival/good burst, in this case we will fit a roll of a proper DPS who will be invited to RBG for its DPS and ability to kill, then yes in this case blizzard can take all the support abilities from us.
However, if blizzard still can not decide on our niche in PvP, rets will always remain un-viable in most high rated pvp.
