I think anyone can be subjectively beautiful regardless of shape, size, etc. Beauty is mostly about presentation and confidence to me.
I am average sized lady, but have seen larger sized women so beautifully presented that I felt envious of their beauty. Same holds for some women I have seen that were very athletic in build, thin or average.
As a heterosexual woman, I have been attracted to men of various body types; thin, athletic, portly, overweight, muscled, etc. Bald guys, short guys, dark sin, light skin. It's really about how someone comes across to me that determines their beauty.
That being said, everyone has their own concepts of what constructs beauty. There is no objective measure.

All they'd have to do is change what they ate and it is easy. The hard part is breaking old eating and exercise habits and sticking to new, better ones. Yes lets not sugar coat it by calling them bigger its simple they are fat regardless if its illness or they are just eating irresponsible.
That combined with the fact that most of those chicks do not have any type of self esteem just turns off everything about them.
