    Transmog_required_faction

    TRANSMOG_REQUIRED_FACTION - %s - %s reputation required to use this transmog.

Not this shit again. It's bad enough with the toys. I really don't want to go and grind Laughing Skull rep for every character I want to be able to use the Laughing Skull helms.

Reputation requirement for toys is stupid, they are actually going to do the same thing for transmog? Sigh, next they will require rep for mounts.

    Retards.

There are already alliance specific and horde specific items in the game. Those will be added to the wardrobe and they will be accountwide, but that does not mean everybody can use it. Do you really think, you can farm stormwind transmog on ally and use it on an horde toon in legion?!

It has nothing to do with new future items which will be added into the game.

You're the one forgetting that is no longer a requirement.

    Why calling them retards?

And if you're right, why the "%s reputation required to use this transmog." ?

Yeah, a few patches after release it was, but it was a requirement for a long while.

It's also not unusual for Blizz to do things like that, initially require a certain criteria only to remove said criteria later on in the xpac.

if you make things account bound, adding rep requirements is the most retarded thing one could do

Secretly hoping they forget to apply a faction restriction to the TOGC mogs... that Alliance Rogue tier is hot as all fuck...

Adding to a collection does not mean that it has to be freely accessible to other characters.
By that argument they are already "ruined" by class and faction requirements on some toys and mounts.
I will agree that reputation is a strange requirement to add, but if people want to make a better argument ditching such statements as "retarded" would go a long way.

A string exists in case of it being required, and may or may not actually apply to anything.
If such a restriction does later apply to anything, then make the argument on why that is wrong.
Better justified on a real example than a hypothetical we have no context for.

I mostly blame the vanilla pvp and the TOGC gear for this. There isn't much nowadays that is faction-only since they tend to flip-flop color palette for PVP stuff.

The text seems to describe a reputation rather than the faction, so that seems a little contradictory.
Perhaps it actually does mean faction rather than reputation requirements, making this argument moot.
    Time will tell though.
