I am a fan of the old plain jane California Roll.
Now its not Sushi, but if you ever have a chance to order it, Beef Negamaki is very good. It comes out in rolls as well, but is is basically thin strips of beef with scallions in the middle, usually covered with a teriyaki type sauce.
Fair warning all those scallions will make your farts and bowel movements stink like 10 fold worse than normal.

Yellow Tail with Avocado , Had it last night ...with the spiced mayo ...was amazing.
Was rather impressed

I'm just particularly fond of soft-shell crab.With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.
