He actually might have been. It's a weird case.

But Wacko Jacko likely never touched a kid. Even if he did, what, one or two out of thousands of kids he had full, unsupervised access to? That's a damn good record. Better than any of us would be able to claim.

The man was weird, and had life size dolls of young children throughout his house. He had hundreds of young kids over for sleep overs. Maybe he was just trying to relive his childhood, but he was old enough to know it was weird, and should have just gone to DisneyLand for an entire month, and blown it all off.
