Aren't you tired of jumping into one flash in the pan guild that tears through content only to implode due to internal personality strife?
Do you feel that playing a progressive raiding can ever be done without having to be the first ones done?

Judgement has been a raid guild since the end of Vanilla WoW. Yes we have membership churn but no we have never fully disbanded.
Why? Because there is more to this game then chewing up and spitting out content only to unsub and go play something else.

Yes, we ask for our players to show some kind of competence related to the class they choose to play.
Yes, we seek to complete the highest tier content that is available at any given time.

No we do not have a constantly rotating membership based on who is just a little better and applied to raid with us.
Our players do not have to constantly be looking over their shoulder for the next person coming into guild that will send them to the bench.

We have been raiding actively through, attunements, ever changing class skills, and yes membership churn.

We are currently only raiding weekends based on the need of our membership.
Ranged dps spots are available.

We are looking for people who have cleared heroic citadel at this point.
