Question Coolermaster Hyper 212 Replacement Fan

Hey guys, the fan on my Hyper 212 is making a noise and not rotating constantly so I assume it's dying. Are there any good replacement fans that you recommend getting on the cheap? Would appreciate any recommendations.

After awhile it spins normally so I'm not quite sure what's the matter with it.

Edit: I assume this is a good replacement fan: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The linked description rambles on something about 80mm even though the item name says 120mm. I would double check what I'm getting before ordering.

The stock fan on the 212 evo is 120mmx120mmx25mm and 600rpm-2000rpm

What's the budget? You could get the same fan from coolermaster, buy noctua fans, buy cheap fans with leds... it's your call/money.
If you had no problems with the fan that came with the cooler (in terms of noise or performance), buy the same one.

The heatsink is fine, I just need a replacement fan for it. Will any fan fit over it or do I need the same one? I have an Hyper 212 Evo.

I meant buy the same fan, not the same cooler.
the fans are 120mm in size. I have the same cooler. I took off the fan that came with it, replaced with a blue led one, added another blue led one to do push/pull. You just need to have the same size and it will fit.

I replace my fan with 2 Noctua NF-F12 PWM Cooling Fans. I had to rig something for it to fit. You may have to do the same if the clips don't come off kindly.

Before you buy anything you should replace the fan with another one that you've lying around to make sure that it's the fan and not the connector. If it is the fan, go with a Noctuah NF-F12.

Yeah it's the fan and not the connector. Also, where can I buy the part that you have to screw into the new fan to slide it onto the heatsink? I'd let to get a few replacements just incase.

You can a new EVO for $25 or Plus for $18, granted with a bit of rebate, just thought I'd mention it.
