Dire Maul North Tribute run

Can someone explain to me how to do a tribute run of this instance and if it's still possible? A tribute run involves only killing the Ogre King and nothing else... according to very old info I read on google. I kill only the Ogre King and skip everything else, but the chest doesn't spawn?

What steps are involved in doing a tribute run, if anyone knows?

Did you talk to the ogres at the end after killing the king? It does still work, I did it a week ago.

Yes I talked to The Blue ogre mage, the other ogre who runs up after the boss dies. They just tell me I'm the new king and nothing happens.

The ogre who runs up to you is the one to talk to. He should offer a dialogue option if you left henchmen alive.

Well update I did it again, seems I just didn't retalk to the Mizzle the Crafty guy. He spawned the chest this time.

I've never done it so I was confused.
