It's rude to talking a persons grandmother in any language. What if they don't know English? It is international after all. I think it's rude for you to assume you have some sort of right to know what they're talking about.

Then keep it in private, you dont HAVE to spam the general chat for all too see when you have a conversation with your friends. You CAN make your own chat or do it in whispers you dont HAVE to do it in general chat.

That can be said for anyone. How do you know they are friends? Whispers are hard to do when it's more than two people.

General chat is there for everyone to use. If the private entity that controls the chat has no rules against non English languages then it's open to any language. And if they do have rules then they should work to enforce them.

Why is it, that every time, EVERY TIME, you ask Russians to please stop blabbering in cyrilics in chats, that they will always insult your mother and call you a nazi? Every time. Without fail. No matter how polite you are, they refuse to take their private conversations in anything but public channels. Especially in mobas, where team communication is important.


I don't understand it. I haven't met a single polite, English speaking Russian. Not one. I'm sad to say this reflects very poorly on Russia as a country.
Hell, I've met both French and Germans who politely apologize and explain if you ask them. But Russians always spew insults and call you a nazi. No matter the subject, you're always a nazi.

If someone talked about another race the way OP does about Russians, it'd be clear they were racist.

I'm Greek myself, and if players find that out in WoW, the torrent of gay sex/Greek debt/lazy Greek shit begins. After enough of that over time, I've become pretty hostile to most Western players, figure I might as well go on the offensive BEFORE they start with me when I see American players acting jingoistically. It could very well be the same with some Russian players. If they're met with outright hostility off the bat, they will become defensive and prefer their own as well.

I'm ashamed of my country sometimes, I played CS:GO alot and everytime I spoke english EVEN I GOT INSULTED GUYS Like you are an american idiot (well, most of russians call every foreign guy an american) and they always say "I dont need to learn english because..." and there goes always same story "Why should I learn language people dont speak in my country".
