Not that I've seen, I also never noticed the cloak. Neato, would be nice to have but blizzard likes to keep 5 star NPC's more noticeable with gear.

Funny I visited her a few times back in the day, and never really noticed the cloak. I must have been... distracted.

Sadly, her model is unique, so are her armor. Not seen a cloak like it.
