So there is this e-sports player who was born a guy, still has male parts, but calls himself a female. Now I got banned on reddit for calling him a "he" and they said it was transphoia. All I wrote was "I am glad he is gone". Apparently calling someone by their rightful gender is trans phobic.

It's not correct, either way. Regardless, Reddit is a different web forum entirely, and you should appeal your ban there and not here.
