With Star Wars being back, I'd like a new Rogue Squadron game to come out next Christmas.
Also a new Shining Force would be interesting.

I want dragon warrior 3, phantasy star, zone of the enders, legend of dragoon, super mario 3, and ff 1-8 style games revitalized. Zelda 1, altered beast, and ghouls n' ghosts given massive expansions. F-Zero redone with upgradeable car parts. Mega Man to be a thing again but without power ups for the buster shot.

As much as would like to see a new Digimon world in the Style of Digimon world 1 I doubt Namco Bandai would port it for the west we can already count our lucky stars that we are getting Cyber Sleuth.

Ultima, Might and Magic ( might and magic X was a decent effort but more needs to be done ), Any of the old D&D infinity engine games( not just hd editions,but full on sequels), C&C generals.

Someone desperately needs to fix the Silent Hill series. Those first two games were the pre-eminent titles in the survival horror genre, but every game since has been a step down and the last few in particular were mindnumbingly awful. The cancelled Silent Hills probably wouldn't have been that saving grace, but I do hope somebody puts this series back on its tracks.
An old-school game I'd also like to see resuscitated is Knights of Honor. It was a fun RTS that basically played as a simplified and non-turn-based version of Europa Universalis, and I'd love to see a modern version of it sometime.

One person mentioned my top series for revival, Timesplitters hot DAMN they could make an amazing game out of a new timesplitters... and its even a shooter, its like a gold mine waiting to be tapped...
I can just imagine how amazing the campaign would be, challenges, online modes... I played the crap out of Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect.
