Help with tidy plates

I was wondering how I can make name plates appear less translucent and hollow. Currently only the one targeted one will be easy to see but all other name plates get lost in the fight with all the graphical clutter.

It's an option called "non-target opacity" - or something like that. You probably have it set to like 50% or less, but you can bump it up to be as much as your target opacity.
