Warcraft Logs Uploading Program

Hello, I didn't find any other thread with this problem and it's probably not a problem, just me being stupid.

Case is, I just finished an HFC run and I pressed "Live Record" at the start and ended the live recording at the end of the raid. Problem started here as the logs I supposedly recorded, did not save to the directory I chose for it to save to. Is this because I just transfered and Warcraft logs actually haven't updated my character or is it something stupid and easy to fix that I did?

Did you turn combat logging on in game (/combatlog) in addition to hitting live log on the warcraft logs client? The client only uploads the data WoW is responsible for creating it (you also need to point the warcraft logs client to your logs folder for wow).
