I'll be blunt OP, ditch the optical drive. And get either a GTX 950 or 960. The rest looks okay.

EDIT: Wait your OP has no video card? OP you need a video card or it's pointless to build now. Save more money if money is an issue.

Why not build now and get the gpu in 2 weeks. Its still better than my 2012 300 dollar laptop by a mile.

That looks good. I picked 2133 because the B150 does not support faster RAM. With Z170 you pick faster RAM. I would then pick 2400, or 2666 depending on the prize. You will have to switch it in the BIOS of the mobo to the advertised speed. I guess it will have XMP options or something like that.
