I'm an idiot on how to create WA stuff, could I possibly get someone to help me out?

I want this to only show in Ashran and Battlegrounds, and I would prefer to have two separate ones, so I can turn one off if needed.

I would like a "button" to pop up to remind me if I do not have the Fire-Watchers Oath spell active (spell ID 148429). Also wouldn't mind a small bar that counts down while it's active (like you might have a debuff timer on your target) I don't want the button to show if the buff is active or if Fire-watcher's Oath (Item ID 102463) is on cooldown.

And I would like the same thing for the Felmouth Frenzy well-fed buff (spell ID 188534) (This is the one I would disable if I'm dying repeatedly in a BG, for example, or if I don't happen to have any in my bags) Don't care about a count down bar for it.
