Can this computer run Legion?

If no, are there any upgrades I can do or should I jut get a new comp

As of now I can play WoW on all low with around 25 fps, 15 in raids

New comp, nothing you have in that thing will be properly upgradable.

Does it run Warlords? Blue post says if you can run Warlords you can run Legion.
