heirlooms trinkets bugged for Vengeance?

So yesterday I got my first heirloom trinket. It was on mythic UBRS. But for my surprise, what droped was http://www.wowhead.com/item=133597/i...tracking-charm instead of http://www.wowhead.com/item=133598/p...the-third-moon

I was under the impression the very first you get, is always based on your spec. No, I didn't had my loot spec on Havoc. I double checked it.

So,

1) Tank trinket is considered http://www.wowhead.com/item=133597/i...tracking-charm

or

2) The drop is bugged.

It's been RNG Since it was first put in, I think it was just a increased chance of it being your current spec over anything else. The Tank heirloom trinket sucks anyways as tanks no longer have resolve

I got the shard last night tanking Slag Mines.
Interestingly, I think it just helped me decide my 100-100 leveling strategy come the 30th.
I'm planning on raiding as havoc, but had been debating whether I wanted level as havoc or as vengeance.
With that trinket giving a 400k+ shield (vs demons) once a minute, I think I'm definitely going to level as havoc.

Its not bugged. Its RNG on what trinket you get. This isnt SoO where the first weapon yo ugot was for your spec. RNG is RNG

Level as Havoc - it's faster. And use the damage trinket.

Really doesn't matter. It takes two weeks at most to grind out all the trinkets if you have a handful of alts.

So basically you are saying the fact that the vast VAST majority, perhaps EVERYONE, including myself, has had the correct trinket drop for their toon's spec the first time it drops, is just a big fluke? RNG doesn't work that way.

I was with a veng. tank last night and he got the correct trinket (third moon), I got the dps one (tracking), but I was havoc spec/loot.

amazing answers.. it doesnt matter.. yeah ofc cause like some already have a trinket don't give a shit if theres a bug on the loot tables. Way to care for your class.

I spoke with Bliz yesterday. Is bugged, but can't help me replacing the trinket.
