Raid Attendance Tracking

If you're interested in working on a php project (called GRM - guild raid managment) for my guild to accomplish that.
We use mizu raid tracker (well a modified version actually) to export an xml file, then i made a page that import that xml and shows you some data.
- You can add ppl manually to the roster/raid. Edit them if they rename or reroll to a different class, without losing data.
- You can see overall ppl attendance. there are colors to have an easier track. you can customize the attendance levels colors .
- Officers can see warning, if ppl are not active enough.
- You can set trials period, and check their attendance.
- You have filters based on the raid name (we use the instance name as raid name and start/end as note, its customizable though, i just made it primarly for our use).
- You can use PHPBB ranks to give admins permissions to the grm.

If anyone is interested and can develop in php (or LUA, since a dedicated addon would be the best) and want to help me just knock at my door

We also needed a player check that checks the min ilvl, average ilvl, gear enchants, etc. We expecially used it at the start of the xpac, but that's the page (it's a separate project atm, but it's a just a few lines of code):

I honestly just use a running Google Spreadsheet and have function to track percentages...though what Guyan posted above kind of catches my attention, and may be a better/easier solution for what I need.

Some updates on the stand alone project:

*new* It's possible to import and sycn the roster with the armory

Officers can apply to the guild and import raid logs (you can remove users)

It would be nice to have a attendance tracking website again (raidbuilder was what i used to use).

Not surewhat your all planning but some stuff I used to like having.

I'm working on the account part for now, work is kinda keeping me really busy but i should be able to release a beta soon with complete account managment in a couple of weeks.

Yes, alltho i struggle a bit with nearly zero inputs at the moment.

Doesn't track people on the bench unfortunately . However exorsus raid tools does.

Look again and read the line above the graph. You can see i clicked a few to show the gold ones for benched ppl

Stop with this. If the guilds I join will ever take notice of this I will be kicked out. On all my 8 alts I normally join raid guilds to rotate.
