Static Overload looks amazeballs. Basically on 4 targets (tested in Orgrimmar) when it proc'ed I fired like 20 Chain Lightnings in one cast and it's lightning all around the place.

I like that Chain Lightning makes you literally Palpatine now.

make us use our weapon and shield when we are casting, instead of having our weapon + shield put away when we Cast powerful spells....

They've done that with the artifacts already.

A little ball of slow moving lightning looked dumb. Lightning is fast, instant, bright and loud. The old animation sucked. You could outrun it with a flying mount. It's lightning FFS, you saying lightning travels at 30 mph?

I don't know if it has been tweaked recently, but in the recent Enhancement videos, it actually looks pretty good. Not Cracking Jade Lightning good, but much better than before.

I really like the new one better. Yes it has a 2d effect, but still better. Looks much more like lightning now.

Thing I dislike about it is that it's not a Bolt anymore, it more looks like a pair of noodles (Like that Monk spells).
